Job summary

TDK-Lambda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Senai, Johor invites applications for a Store Executive to manage warehouse operations, inventory control and order fulfillment within our manufacturing team. This full-time role requires hands-on coordination with cross-functional teams and adherence to ISO standards.

You\'ll use InforLN and MS Office to drive accuracy, lead cycle counts, dispose obsolete parts and maintain store master data, while upholding safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing store.
• Proficient in InforLN and MS Office.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store (warehouse) operations including inventory management and order fulfilment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve store efficiency.
• Follow up urgent lots and support production with material availability.
• Expedite urgent SML, MR and MT requests.
• Monitor slow-moving parts and perform cycle counts.
• Maintain store location master data and housekeeping.
• Dispose of obsolete parts per revision and shelf-life rules.
• Ensure compliance with ISO requirements.

TDK-Lambda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated and organised Store Executive to join our Manufacturing team in Senai, Johor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing our store operations and ensuring the efficient storage and process.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store (warehouse), including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.
• Collaborating with other departments to optimize store efficiency.
• Follow-up urgent lots and monitor overall material support to production.
• Expedite urgent SML, MR and MT support.
• Monitoring and follow-up slow moving parts within store location.
• Conducting and reconciling cycle count activities.
• Maintenance of store location master and housekeeping.
• Disposal of approved obsolete parts (Revision Change / Shelf Life expired).
• Practice and implement in accordance with the ISO requirement.

What we're looking for

• Education at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing store management.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, self-oriented, good leadership skill and result oriented.
• Proficient in using InforLN system and MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
• Good communication skills and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
