Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, storage, and dispatch for its IT retail operations. You will verify stock against PO, process GRN in ERP, maintain accurate records, and ensure FIFO discipline.

The role offers exposure to both retail and e-commerce fulfillment, structured SOPs, supportive team, and clear growth into supervisor or logistics coordinator.

Qualifications

• SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years warehouse or inventory experience (IT/electronics industry preferred).
• Familiar with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Physically fit — able to handle stock movement and standing for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented with strong sense of accountability.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming stock and verify against PO and delivery orders.
• Process GRN accurately in the ERP system.
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and escalate accordingly.
• Coordinate with purchasing team on shortage or wrong-delivery cases.

Receiving & GRN

• Receive incoming stock and verify against PO and delivery orders
• Process GRN accurately in the ERP system
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and escape accordingly

Storage & Organization

• Maintain proper product labeling, binning, and warehouse layout
• Ensure FIFO discipline across all product categories
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and audit-ready at all times

Dispatch & Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and dispatch stock for branch transfers and e-commerce orders
• Prepare delivery orders and coordinate with logistics/courier partners
• Ensure accurate packing and timely dispatch for TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada orders
• Handle return merchandise (RMA) — receive, inspect, log, and process accordingly

Inventory Control

• Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic full stock takes
• Investigate and reconcile stock variances
• Generate and maintain accurate stock movement records in ERP
• Flag slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete inventory to purchasing team

Admin & Compliance

• Maintain proper documentation — DO, GRN, transfer notes, RMA records
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and warehouse safety standards
• Coordinate with branches on urgent stock requests and transfer logistics
