Job summary

TDK-Lambda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated Store Executive to join our Manufacturing team in Senai, Johor. This full-time role focuses on managing store operations, inventory control, and ensuring efficient storage processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain cycle counts, and uphold ISO standards while driving accuracy and timely material support to production. Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing store management.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with leadership and results orientation.
• Proficient in InforLN and MS Office.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize store efficiency.
• Follow up urgent lots and monitor material support to production.
• Expedite urgent SML, MR and MT support.
• Monitor slow-moving parts and conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain store location master and housekeeping.
• Dispose of obsolete parts per revision/shelf life.
• Ensure ISO compliance.
