Job summary

Electroloy Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Store/Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and finished goods handling. You will supervise a team, ensure inventory accuracy through ERP transactions and cycle counts, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining ISO 14001 compliance and safety standards.

Ability to work overtime when required and to prepare variance reports, stock takes, and corrective actions

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling with ERP experience.
• Good understanding of inventory reconciliation, stock variance investigation, and annual stock take.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; able to analyze data and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking/issuance, and dispatch of finished goods.
• Operate forklifts and perform hands-on warehouse activities (loading/unloading, packing, repacking, material handling).
• Ensure inventory accuracy through ERP transactions, cycle counting, and annual stock takes.
• Monitor FIFO, lot traceability, and stock movements; investigate discrepancies and prepare variance reports.
• Plan and optimize warehouse storage to maximize space and efficiency.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and comply with ISO 14001 and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Be willing to work overtime to support urgent deliveries or operational needs.

Job description

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material picking / issuance, and finished goods picking / dispatch

Can operate forklifts & perform hands-on warehouse activities, including loading, unloading, packing, repacking, and material handling as required

Ensure inventory accuracy through proper ERP transactions, cycle counting, and annual stock take activities

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, including lot traceability, FIFO compliance, and stock movements

Plan and optimize warehouse storage to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency

Investigate inventory discrepancies and prepare stock variance reports with appropriate corrective and preventive actions

Maintain warehouse housekeeping and implement 5S practices

Manage scheduled waste storage, inventory, documentation, labeling, and disposal activities in compliance with ISO 14001 and local environmental regulations

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and operational performance

Be willing to work overtime or remain after normal working hours when necessary to support loading, unloading, urgent deliveries, or operational requirements

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling. (Experience using ERP system)

Good understanding of inventory reconciliation, stock variance investigation, and annual stock take

Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP systems

Experience in handling scheduled waste management and familiarity with ISO 14001 environmental management systems will be an added advantage

Able to prepare reports, analyze inventory data, and resolve operational issues independently

Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across departments
