Job summary

PH World is seeking a Store Attendant to receive, count, check and neatly arrange goods in the rack. You will record transactions and assist in stock takes and documentation.

You will maintain 5S standards, update inventory records in the system, and perform periodic reconciliations. The role supports quarterly/year-end stock takes and may involve adjustments as needed by the supervisor.

Prioritizes accuracy, organization and teamwork to ensure smooth daily operations and inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• Receive goods, count, check and arrange stock.
• Issue PR/JOR and perform stock takes.
• Maintain 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
• Update stock issue documents in inventory system.

STORE ATTENDANT

Job description:

1. In-charge of receive goods, counting, checking, arranging the goods in a rack and record.
2. To issue PR, JOR, take stock take.
3. Maintain 5s, Sorting, standardize, shine, set in order & sustain.
4. Maintain and update the stock issue documents into inventory system.
5. Conducting physical stock check vs manual stock card and system.
6. Assist in quarter and year end stock take.
7. Perform stock reconciliation and stock adjustment via inventory system.
8. Your duties and responsibilities shall be assigned by your superior. Where the Company deems necessary, your duties and responsibilities may be subject to change from time to time.
