Job summary

PH World is seeking a Store Attendant to receive, count, check and neatly arrange goods in the rack. You will record transactions and assist in stock takes and documentation.

You will maintain 5S standards, update inventory records in the system, and perform periodic reconciliations. The role supports quarterly/year-end stock takes and may involve adjustments as needed by the supervisor.

Prioritizes accuracy, organization and teamwork to ensure smooth daily operations and inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• Receive goods, count, check and arrange stock.
• Issue PR/JOR and perform stock takes.
• Maintain 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
• Update stock issue documents in inventory system.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of receiving goods, counting, checking and arranging.
• Issue PR/JOR and conduct stock takes.
• Maintain 5S standards in the workplace.
• Update inventory system with stock issuance documents.
• Perform physical stock checks against system records.
• Assist in quarterly and yearly stock takes.
• Perform stock reconciliations and adjustments in inventory system.
