Job summary

MAXONIC MARKETING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Store/ Warehouse Associate in Penang to maintain accurate inventory and support daily operations.

You will lead store assistants, ensure stock control and cycle counts, coordinate with Production, QA and Planning, and uphold 6S and FIFO practices. A disciplined, independent worker who communicates well with team members and supervisors will thrive, with opportunities for promotion. OT may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years working experience in store / warehouse environment.
• Fit to work and able to handle physical tasks.
• Able to support overtime (OT) when required.
• Able to lead and guide store assistants / store operators.
• Able to communicate well with team members and supervisors.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or inventory system.
• Familiar with stock control, stock receiving and stock issuing process.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support leader to maintain accurate inventory records and physical stock control.
• Ensure all store documents, records, and transactions are properly updated and filed.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Planning, and other departments on daily material issues.
• Monitor and follow up daily store operations to meet required timelines.
• Perform and assist in cycle count and monthly stock take activities.
• Assist in investigation and follow-up of inventory variances.
• Maintain 6S and FIFO practices in the store area.
• Guide and train Store Keepers on correct store procedures and system usage.
• Ensure discipline, proper conduct, and teamwork within the store team.
• Escalate issues, risks, or abnormal situations to leader in a timely manner.
