Job summary

YonMing Auto & Industrial Parts (Johor) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Store Assistant to manage warehouse and store tasks in our Johor operations. You will handle material receiving, storage, packing and clerical duties while maintaining organized stock and clean work areas.

Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in store, warehouse or inventory operations.
• Basic knowledge of stock handling and inventory management.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to handle stock receiving, checking and arranging.

• Receiving material from supplier.
• Housekeeping for the store.
• Prepare and paste stickers on each part.
• Check the quantity of incoming material.
• Arrange parts into storage areas.
• Pack parts into required quantities.
• Jobs assigned by superior from time to time.
• All duties related to warehouse and store cleaning, packing, handling, delivery.

Report to: Assistant Store Supervisor

Responsibilities

• All duties related to warehouse and store matter.
• Receiving material from supplier.
• Housekeeping for the store.
• Prepare and paste stickers on each part.
• Check the quantity of incoming material.
• Arrange parts into storage areas.
• Pack parts into required quantities.
• Jobs assigned by superior from time to time.
• All duties related to warehouse and store cleaning, packing, handling, delivery.

Job Requirements

• Preferably with experience in store, warehouse or inventory operations
• Basic knowledge of stock handling and inventory management
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Preferably computer literate and familiar with basic computer applications
• Able to handle stock receiving, checking and arranging
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
