Job summary

YonMing Group is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to oversee the workshop and maintenance activities for YonMing Auto & Industrial Parts (Johor) Sdn Bhd. The role requires supervising workshop staff, ensuring service quality, and driving efficiency across workshop operations.

The ideal candidate has experience in workshop operations or automotive settings, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in workshop operations or automotive industry.
• Supervisory or team management experience preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a team and manage workshop staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain the Workshop and Maintenance at a high standard under supervision.
• Supervise workshop personnel to ensure quality of service.
• Improve Workshop flow and equipment; responsible for MSI.
• Arrange SE stock and keep stock records.
• Prepare workshop analysis reports and present findings.
• Handle other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time.

Join Yonming and drive excellence in the commercial vehicle industry.

Supervise and maintain the Workshop and Maintenance in a healthy level under supervision.

Supervise workshop personnel to ensure the quality of service.

Supervise and improve the Workshop flow and Equipment. In charge of MSI.

Arrange SE stock.

Prepare the workshop analysis report

Other jobs as assigned by the Superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Preferably with experience in workshop operations or automotive industry
• Preferably have supervisory or team management experience
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Preferably computer literate and familiar with basic computer applications
• Able to work in a team and manage workshop staff
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
