YonMing Auto & Industrial Parts (Johor) Sdn Bhd invites a dedicated Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Kulai, Johor. You will engage with customers, promote our heavy vehicle parts and services, and help maintain strong relationships across branches.

The role requires initiative, good communication, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Training and progression opportunities are available within a dynamic regional group.

We are currently looking for passionate individuals to join our team as a Marketing Executive at YonMing Auto & Industrial Parts (Johor) Sdn Bhd

Join Yonming and drive excellence in the commercial vehicle industry.

Report To: Senior Marketing Executive or Above

Serve walk-in customers and conduct customer visits to maintain strong relationships.

Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and requests, ensuring satisfaction.

Accurately process and manage customer orders to ensure timely fulfilment.

Answer and handle phone calls professionally, providing excellent customer service.

Manage and oversee inter-branch parts ordering to ensure smooth operations and inventory availability.

Create, process, and maintain accurate sales and purchase documentation in line with company standards.

Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and brand to better assist customers.

Assist in front-desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors.

Carry out administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record management.

Continuously improve knowledge of trucks and company products to support workflow efficiency and provide better assistance to internal teams and customers.

Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements: -

Preferably with experience in marketing or a related field

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferably computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office

Creative, proactive and willing to learn

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsible, organised and able to manage multiple tasks

Good in planning, coordination and problem-solving skills
