Job summary

Sanvo trading SDN BHD is seeking a reliable Store and Warehouse Assistant in Kuala Lumpur to support daily store, warehouse and basic administrative operations. The role involves organising stock, counting, labeling, and assisting customers and colleagues in stock handling and invoicing.

The position requires Mandarin proficiency for coordination with the Mandarin-speaking supervisor and ERP system, with a 3-month probation and salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• Mandarin speaking ability is essential for daily coordination.
• Careful, responsible and willing to learn.
• Comfortable with stock handling and warehouse-related work.
• Basic computer skills, such as Excel and order/invoicing systems.
• Store, warehouse, administration, automotive parts or trading experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Organise stock, carry out stock counts, label items and maintain shelves.
• Assist with goods receiving, dispatch and inventory records.
• Use the computer system to prepare invoices and maintain basic information.
• Assist walk-in customers with basic store and sales matters.
• Respond to simple customer enquiries and support packing and customer collection.
• Work with the team on daily store and warehouse operations.

We are a trading company based in Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur, supplying automotive parts, engine oils and household cleaning products. We are looking for a reliable Store and Warehouse Assistant to support daily store, warehouse and basic administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

• Organise stock, carry out stock counts, label items and maintain shelves.
• Assist with goods receiving, dispatch and inventory records.
• Use the computer system to prepare invoices and maintain basic information.
• Assist walk-in customers with basic store and sales matters.
• Respond to simple customer enquiries and support packing and customer collection.
• Work with the team on daily store and warehouse operations.

What we are looking for

• Mandarin speaking ability is essential because daily coordination is with the person in charge, who communicates in Mandarin, and our ERP system is operated in Chinese.
• Careful, responsible and willing to learn.
• Comfortable with stock handling and warehouse-related work.
• Basic computer skills, such as Excel and order/invoicing systems.
• Store, warehouse, administration, automotive parts or trading experience is an advantage.

What we offer

• Salary RM2,300-RM2,600 per month, based on experience and ability.
• EPF, SOCSO/PERKESO and EIS for eligible employees.
• Three-month probation, followed by a salary review based on performance.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30am-6:00pm, with a one-hour break.
