Job summary

Am Found Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a warehouse operative to support inbound, inventory control, and outbound processes in our Malaysia facility. You will ensure accurate receiving, stocking, and dispatch of goods while maintaining WMS records and safe handling practices.

The role requires basic knowledge of warehouse systems and strong attention to detail, with physical ability to move goods safely and efficiently. forklift license holders will have an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations is preferred.
• Familiar with inbound, inventory control, and outbound warehouse processes.
• Basic knowledge of WMS, Microsoft Office, stock control, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Physically fit and able to handle, move, and organize goods safely.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
• Forklift license holders will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments with related documents.
• Inspect goods condition, report discrepancies, and update records.
• Label and store stock in the correct locations.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain sufficient inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and stock takes to ensure accuracy.
• Update WMS records, investigate discrepancies, and maintain proper stock rotation.
• Verify and prepare outgoing shipments before dispatch.
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with carriers/drivers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow safety procedures and support ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
