Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a warehouse associate at our Klang site to handle goods receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch. You will work with handheld scanners and follow WMS instructions to ensure accurate stock movement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and inspect incoming goods.
• Store products in designated locations according to WMS instructions.
• Perform picking, packing and dispatch activities accurately.
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Maintain inventory through regular stock counts and cycle counts.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S standards.

Responsibility

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, unload and inspect incoming goods.

• Store products in designated locations according to WMS/system instructions.

• Perform picking, packing and dispatch activities accurately.

• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles.

Inventory Management

• Perform stock counting and cycle counts.

• Assist in stock replenishment.

• Report damaged, missing or incorrect inventory.

• Ensure inventory is stored neatly and correctly.

Warehouse Automation

• Operate handheld barcode scanners and RF devices.

• Follow picking instructions generated by the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Assist in operating automated warehouse equipment safely.

• Report any system or equipment issues to the supervisor.

Housekeeping & Safety

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and 5S standards.

• Follow warehouse SOPs and safety procedures.

• Ensure safe handling of products and equipment.

Others

• Support warehouse activities during stock take and peak periods.

• Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.
