Job summary

HLA Garment in Genting Highlands is seeking a customer-focused retail Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional store experience. You will greet customers, offer styling advice, process transactions, and maintain store standards.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with strong communication and service orientation will thrive in a fast-paced fashion environment. Flexible retail hours including weekends and public holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM or above.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store customer service and styling advice.
• Understand customer needs and recommend apparels.
• Maintain store appearance and brand standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately via POS.
• Handle daily cleaning, stock replenishment and tagging.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets.

Requirement

Responsibility

• Responsible for customer’s overall in store experience by providing customer service.
• Understanding customer’s needs, recommend suitable apparels to suite customer’s need, and offer alternative to customer.
• Maintain, replenish and upkeep of store according to brand image and Standards.
• Actively maintains a global brand image.
• Willing to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and promoting current collections.
• Perform pants alteration (e.g., hemming) using store equipment as required.
• Operate the POS system efficiently during transactions, refunds, or exchanges.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of the store.
• Conduct daily cleaning duties, ensuring the store is tidy, neat, and inviting at all times.
• Replenish stock and assist with inventory checks and product tagging.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints with tact and positivity.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Stay updated with fashion trends, promotions, and brand policies.
