Job summary

Rakanda Enterprise in Malaysia is seeking a team member for our retail operations. The role involves receiving and organizing stock, labeling products, and maintaining attractive display shelves to enhance shopping experiences.

Customer service is a key part of the job, including assisting with complaints and inquiries. The candidate should be diligent, capable of working independently or as part of a team, and have basic knowledge of retail; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unpacking and arranging newly delivered stocks.
• Labelling and arranging goods on the display shelves.
• Assisting customer complaints and inquiries.
• Sharp, precise and careful in handling the job.
• Hardworking and positive in all instructions given.
• Responsible for retail selling.
