Panda Eyes in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a friendly, responsible sales assistant to join our fashion retail team. You will support day-to-day operations, assist customers with product information, handle transactions, and ensure a neat, welcoming store environment.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; night shifts including weekends and public holidays are required. Training provided and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fashion retail experience is an advantage.
• Friendly, responsible, and able to communicate well with customers.
• Able to work on night shift, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holiday.
• Pleasant, well groomed, and enjoy interacting with people.
• Good communication skills and self-motivated salesperson.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

Responsibilities

• To support day to day operations & business.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the cashier’s counter and cash register at all times. To perform and maintain overall general housekeeping to ensure workplace environment is clean and neat.
• Manage all transactions efficiently and honestly. Manage customer transactions using the system assign by the Company.
• To update the daily works reports which is assigned by superior.
• Ensure that all payments are received accurately, correctly and entered into the cash register machine.
• Assistant customers by providing product information, making recommendations, and delivering friendly and attentive service throughout their visit.
• To perform the work which is assign by the Manager/Management/Supervisor from time to time.
