Job summary

Batch Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse/Storekeeper to manage daily stock, receive materials, and handle packing, labeling, and inventory control. Qualifications

• Loading/unloading according to delivery orders.
• Manage daily store, ordering materials/parts, packing, picking, labeling, report, inventory and operations.
• Ensure proper stacking and storage of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Suitably maintain stock in designated shelves and areas.
• Maintain clean and orderly store area.
• Proper use and inspection of forklifts.

In this position, you'll play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory & etc.

Job Description

Loading/ Unloading good according to delivery order.

Manage daily store, ordering materials / parts, packing, picking, labelling, report, inventory and any operational activities.

Ensure proper stacking and storage of raw materials and packaging materials.

Ensure stocks are kept and arranged in orderly at the designated shelf and area.

Maintains the store area in clean and orderly manner.

Proper use of forklifts, regular inspection and servicing.

Do stock take as required

Update all inventory in/ out into system and follow FIFO system

Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Job Requirements:

Min Secondary school qualification or above

Three (3) years of experience in a related field.

Knowledge with SQL, ERP systems (Oracle, SAP and etc.)

Able to read, write and converse in English

Forklift and warehousing experience preferred

Able to perform OT when required

Positive attitude and good attendance and punctuality

Able to Work 6 working days (Monday-Saturday)

Perform data entry, filing system and paperwork.

Knowledge of proper inventory management.

Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a warehouse environment.
