Job summary

China Communications Construction Company – Kempas, Johor is seeking a diligent storekeeper to manage the site store and stock for ongoing construction operations. You will receive, verify, and record materials and equipment, ensure accurate stock levels, and issue items to site teams as needed.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to maintain organized records, and effective communication with workers and supervisors. Working hours are standard site shifts, Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Experience in site store or warehouse helps.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Good communication with site workers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the site store / storage area.
• Receive, check and record incoming materials, tools and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock for site operations.
• Issue materials, tools and equipment to workers / site teams when required.
• Keep proper records of stock in and stock out.
• Conduct regular stock checking and report any shortage, damage or discrepancy.
• Ensure the storage area is clean, organised and properly maintained.
• Assist in arranging and controlling materials according to site requirements.
• Follow company procedures for storage, inventory and equipment control.
