SIGNMASTR ADVERTISING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Storekeeper & Purchasing Assistant to support daily inventory and purchasing operations. The role involves stock control, ERP system usage, supplier coordination and purchasing processes, with opportunities for growth to store or purchasing executive.

The position offers hands-on exposure to inventory management, procurement activities and collaboration with internal teams to meet material requirements and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, store, warehouse or purchasing is advantageous.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills required.
• ERP or inventory system experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication and follow-up skills are important.
• Responsible, organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with both office documentation and hands-on inventory activities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming goods against Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movement in the ERP system.
• Organize materials and support stock issuance, stock count and inventory control.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and request quotations from suppliers.
• Follow up with suppliers on quotations, orders and delivery schedules.
• Compare supplier quotations and maintain proper purchasing records.
• Coordinate with internal teams on material requirements and delivery timelines.
