Job summary

MST Golf Group is seeking a Stock Merchandiser to ensure the right products are available at the right stores and times. You will manage stock distribution, replenishment, and collaboration with merchandising teams to optimize inventory and presentation across Malaysia's golf retail stores.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of merchandising or inventory planning experience, with fresh graduates encouraged for junior levels.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of merchandising or inventory planning experience preferred.
• Retail chain store operations experience is an advantage.

Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about retail operations? Join our team as a Stock Merchandiser and play a key role in ensuring the right products are available at the right stores at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage stock distribution across stores based on product range, sales performance, and store capacity.

Execute weekly stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products and recommend timely actions to optimize stock performance.

Coordinate stock consolidation for end-of-season clearance, promotional campaigns, and special events.

Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maximize display capacity and product presentation.

Liaise with the warehouse to ensure timely and prioritized stock deliveries to stores.

Prepare and present weekly stock reports to support business review meetings.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related discipline.

1–2 years of experience in merchandising, inventory planning, or stock distribution is preferred.

Experience in retail chain store operations will be an added advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively across departments.

Fresh graduates with strong analytical aptitude are encouraged to apply for junior-level positions.
