Excel Metal Industries Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new customers and developing strong client relationships.

You will promote our stainless steel products and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery across multiple locations in Kapar, Selangor. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in business/administration/management or marketing, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; BC preferred for BC-speaking clients.
• Fresh graduates welcome; training provided.

Aufgaben

• Regularly visit and search for new potential customers.
• Ensure follow-up and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Drive overall business development and meet company sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback.
• Collect and follow up payments from customers.
• Coordinate with related departments for delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with HOD to meet requirements promptly.
