The role involves meeting monthly and annual sales targets, preparing proposals, and collaborating with production to ensure on-time delivery. Candidates should have 1–3 years' relevant experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or related field.
• Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and generate new business opportunities.
• Experience in customer relationship management and sales negotiations is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets as directed by supervisor.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor accounts, follow up with clients, and ensure timely payment collection.
• Conduct market and client need analysis to stay informed on trends and competition.
• Proactively seek new clients and opportunities within the industry.
• Coordinate with production and other teams to meet client specs and timely fulfillment.
• Assist in daily tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
