Job summary

Excel Metal Industries Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new customers and developing strong client relationships.

You will promote our stainless steel products and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery across multiple locations in Kapar, Selangor. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in business/administration/management or marketing, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; BC preferred for BC-speaking clients.
• Fresh graduates welcome; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visit and search for new potential customers.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and promoting the company's products and services.

We are currently seeking potential individuals to fill positions across multiple locations.

Kapar, Selangor

What is your key responsibilities:-

Regularly visit and search for new potential customer.

Ensure close to follow up with customer and maintain good relationship with existing customer.

Responsible for overall business development activities, plans, analysis, strategies and achieve company sales target.

To handle customer’s, complain and feedback.

To collect & follow up payment from customer.

Coordinate with related department for delivery schedule.

Collaborate with HOD to meet requirement needs promptly.

Other ad-hoc task when required.

Requirements:

At least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree in business studies/administration/management, Marketing, Others or equivalent.

Required language(s): English, BC, Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in BC preferred as role requires candidate to deal with BC speaking clients.

Position will be offered based on experiences, preferably candidates with stainless steels products experiences.

We also welcome applications from fresh graduates and will provide training.

Must be computer literate & possess own transport.
