Job Description

Summary:
Conduct new equipment introduction, set the equipment maintenance plan, and machine operation instructions. Support the Process ME (Cable and Cable Assembly) team for new product pilot runs to meet production requirements and ensure machine stability within engineering policies, procedures, and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Equipment Development Project
  - Collaborate with vendors to develop, set up, and debug automation machines; provide timely feedback and problem-solving to ensure project progress.
• Programming & Digitalization
  - Provide automation control programming based on production needs. - Implement digital solutions for site digital factory projects to improve real-time process control.
• Troubleshooting
  - Identify and resolve complex electrical problems in automation lines.
• Communication
  - Maintain effective communication across the company.
• Technical Guidance
  - Lead line maintenance and changeovers, guiding technicians to ensure smooth operation of automation machines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Automation or Electrical Engineering, with knowledge of electrical control theory and design.
• At least 8 years of experience in automated machine maintenance and electrical design.
• Familiarity with Vision Inspection systems (Keyence/Cognex), PLCs, pneumatics, sensors, motors, and motion control devices.
• Experience in specifying, programming, and troubleshooting servo controls and electrical systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
• Problem solver, results-driven, willing to find the best solutions.
• Fast learner, adaptable to industry changes, and able to learn new techniques.
