Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an ERP Financial Systems Consultant to bridge accounting principles with technology, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 to optimize financial operations and ensure regulatory integrity.

You will act as a strategic partner, supporting clients’ ERP needs, from functional support to system enhancements and user guidance, while collaborating with technical teams and delivering training materials.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or F&O systems is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of business processes (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance) is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with users.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• A team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for ERP systems, including Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Finance modules.
• Handle customer support requests, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions in a timely manner.
• Perform system enhancements based on user requirements, including setup changes and process improvements.
• Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDD) or functional documentation for system changes and new features.
• Participate in e-Invoice related projects, including requirement gathering, testing, and user guidance.
• Assist in system testing, UAT support, and validation for enhancements and new implementations.
• Support project teams with ad-hoc tasks such as data checking, configuration setup, and documentation.
• Work closely with technical consultants and developers to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Conduct user training and prepare user guides when required.
• Maintain proper documentation for support cases, changes, and system configurations.
