Job summary

Shopee Mobile Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Last Mile Hub Supervisor for the Cameron, Pahang area. You will oversee hub operations, manage sorters and drivers, and ensure timely parcel delivery while maintaining service standards.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic logistics environment with 12-hour rotating shifts. Based in Pahang, you will coordinate with the linehaul and fleet teams to optimize daily operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in logistics operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with postcodes, routing and mapping is helpful.
• Strong leadership and clear communication skills.
• Able to adapt in an agile environment and work in a 12-hour rotating shift.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks for sorters and drivers according to headcount.
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team.

[SPX] Last Mile Hub Supervisor (Cameron, Pahang)

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on the number of headcounts
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner
• Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service
• Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
• Monitor and report KPI compliance
• Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection

Requirements:

• Candidates currently based at Pahang / Perak are encouraged to apply
• Willing to work in a rational shift basis depending on business needs.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in logistics operations would be an advantage
• Familiarity with postcodes/routing/mapping would be of good use
