Job summary

Shopee Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics Operations support professional to coordinate daily parcel deliveries, oversee drivers, and monitor KPI compliance across inbound and in-hub activities. The role requires leadership, agile thinking, and strong communication to ensure timely, safe, and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will have basic Excel skills, familiarity with routing, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, shift-based environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in logistics operations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with postcodes/routing/mapping would be of good use.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Able to adapt in an agile environment.
• Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment.
• Ability to commit to shift work on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on the number of headcounts
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner
• Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service
• Assist the fleet team lead in the deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
• Monitor and report KPI compliance
• Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection

Job description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:
