Job summary

Brunel is seeking an SPS Lead Document Controller to ensure the integrity, traceability, and accessibility of all project documentation across the SPS phase of the Subsea Production System package. You will define and implement the document management process and supervise a team of four Document Controllers.

You will maintain the Document Management System, coordinate with Field Operations handovers, and act as the main liaison between the Company and SPS contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of document control experience, including leadership on large industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of document management systems and EDMS; proficiency in SharePoint and Office tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the SPS DMS and workflows for document issuance, review, approval, and archiving.
• Supervise a team of four Document Controllers to ensure consistency and quality.
• Coordinate with Schedule Engineers to align document production with project timelines.
• Maintain the DMS configuration and support EDMS implementation at contractors’ premises.
• Provide weekly KPI or statistics to SPS/project management and report on delivery progress.
