Job summary

Anotech in Malaysia seeks an SPS Delivery Lead – Drilling Services to oversee delivery of Subsea Production Systems interfaces on the FPSO project, ensuring technical and schedule alignment with drilling requirements and coordinating across engineering disciplines.

You will safeguard delivery quality, cost, and schedule commitments throughout the project lifecycle and lead multidisciplinary teams to resolve interfaces and drive stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Subsea, Petroleum, or related discipline).
• Proven experience in Subsea Production Systems (SPS) on FPSO projects, with specific exposure to drilling services interfaces.
• Strong background in Oil & Gas / subsea engineering delivery leadership.
• Demonstrated experience managing system engineering, interfaces, or tie-in & structures scopes.
• Excellent leadership and coordination skills within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of the Subsea Production Systems scope related to drilling interfaces on the FPSO project.
• Ensure technical and schedule alignment between SPS deliverables and drilling services requirements.
• Drive coordination across engineering disciplines and safeguard delivery quality, cost, and schedule commitments throughout the project lifecycle.
