Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd seeks a professional to build and nurture relationships with developers and architects, acting as the primary contact for design inquiries and escalations to develop proprietary system specifications. The role focuses on expanding project pipelines and business opportunities, while maintaining CRM processes and delivering presentations and trainings.

The candidate should have a architecture-related degree, strong Office skills, and the ability to read

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or similar is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications & tender documents.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with developers and architects.
• Be the main point of contact for design related inquiries and escalations to develop proprietary specifications for systems.
• Develop and increase project pipelines and business opportunities.
• Maintain CRM system as per procedures.
• Conduct presentations and trainings.
