Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Subang Jaya is seeking a driven sales professional to build relationships with developers, architects and consultants, promoting access solutions and driving specifications.

You will manage design-stage projects, hand them to sales at the right time and maintain CRM, while delivering presentations and trainings to clients. This role focuses on growing project pipelines and staying ahead with market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with Developers and Architects & being the key point of contact for all design related enquires and escalations to develop proprietary specifications for systems
• Developing and increasing projects pipelines and business opportunities
• Manage a large collection of moving projects throughout the design stage, passing these projects to sales team at the correct time to ensure a sale for the business is achieved
• Maintain CRM system as per procedures
• Promoting product range to Developers, Architect and Consultant
• Conducting presentations & trainings
• Assisting sales personnel in meeting clients related to specification matters
• Providing market intelligence information on competitors and market’s direction
