Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking a Specification Executive to build relationships with developers and architects, serving as the key contact for design enquiries and escalations to develop proprietary specifications for systems. The role focuses on expanding project pipelines and coordinating with sales to secure opportunities.

You will maintain the CRM, promote our product range to developers, architects and consultants, and deliver presentations and trainings.

Qualifications

• Entry level role in Production & Skilled Trades.
• Proven ability to build relationships with developers and architects.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing project pipelines.
• Strong presentation and training skills to support sales.
• Knowledge of market trends and competitors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with developers and architects as the design contact.
