Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking an Specification Executive to build strong relationships with developers and architects, develop unique specifications for systems, and drive design-led opportunities. You will manage multiple design-stage projects and coordinate with the sales team while maintaining CRM records.

The role involves presenting and training on product specifications, gathering market intelligence, and supporting sales personnel in client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with developers, architects and consultants to promote proprietary specifications.
• Develop and increase project pipelines and coordinate handoffs to the sales team.
• Maintain CRM according to procedures and keep it up to date.
• Conduct presentations and trainings to support specification-driven sales.
• Assist sales teams in client meetings on specification matters.
