Job summary

Hilti Malaysia is seeking an engineer who combines technical expertise with sales acumen to drive smarter construction solutions. You will visit engineering and architectural firms, deliver seminars, and support specification-driven sales while collaborating with local sales teams.

The role requires strong English communication, teamwork, and a background in engineering design or sales within the construction sector.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering.
4–5 years in design of structures/architecture or 3–4 years in sales/business development in engineering.
Excellent English communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Visit assigned engineering and architectural firms, offices and projects to identify Hilti specification opportunities.
Conduct seminars for engineers, architects and contractors to raise awareness of Hilti applications.
Contribute to growth through technical project management.
Support sales by focusing project specifications and converting them into sales (Salesforce coordination).
Provide technical training and advice on Hilti software, services and products.
Explain the availability and use of digital resources to architects and engineers.
