Job summary

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Specialist SAP Applications - Warehouse Management to design, develop and implement SAP EWM solutions within the SAP Applications architecture. You will provide application support with high service levels and collaborate across business units to deliver integrated warehouse management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–6 years of SAP EWM implementation experience.
• Experience with SAP EWM applications (functional, business or industry) and ABAP knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with CIF, MFS, POLC, LOSC and related components.
• Familiarity with qRFC Monitors (Inbound/Outbound).
• Exposure to SAP SDLC in modules such as MM, SD, WM.
• Strong SAP integration knowledge.
• Experience with EDI/IDOC and third‑party interfaces.
• Awareness of automated warehouse technologies and related solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools; fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day SAP application design, development and deployment.
• Develop solutions aligned to SAP Applications architecture and standards.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP app designs.
• Research and evaluate new SAP architecture components and technologies.
• Maintain procedures for SAP design, development and deployment.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to SAP policies and best practices.
• Provide timely SAP applications support and escalate complex issues.
• Operate in an agile environment with multiple parallel initiatives.

Job summary:
Perform SAP application design, development and implementation within the
organization and IT SAP Applications architecture. Provide application support with
high service levels

General responsibilities:

• Support superior in managing day-to-day support and potentially project
  related subjects
• Provide development within, and alignment to, architectural blueprint designs
• Adhere to established best practices, procedures, guidelines and compliance
  with respect to SAP application architecture standards
• Develop application solution designs that align with the defined SAP
  Applications architecture, standards and processes
• Gather and analyze business requirements; develop appropriate SAP
  application solutions covering technical design, business processes and
  operations
• Research, evaluate SAP application architecture design and new technology,
  recommend where needed
• Maintain and share procedures for SAP application design, development and
  deployment
• Share best practice to other teams related to SAP Applications design,
  development, processes and policies to ensure adherence
• Support SAP Applications issues; elevate complex issues in a timely manner
  to achieve/maintain user satisfaction
• Understand and establish communication on user needs and priorities
• Ensure service level adherence
• Able to work in agile environment and handle multiple initiatives parallelly.

Functional skills and knowledge:

• Minimum 5-6 years of SAP EWM implementation experience required.
• Demonstrate sound SAP EWM application (functional, business or industry)
  and technical ABAP knowledge (if any for debugging purposes)
• Have experience in handling CIF, MFS, POLC, LOSC and etc
• Must have knowledge handling qRFC Monitors (Inbound and outbound)
• Demonstrate SAP SDLC experience in any modules (e.g. MM, SD, WM, etc.)
• Demonstrate good knowledge in SAP integration
• Good Knowledge on EDI/IDOC and other 3rd party interfaces.
• Be abreast of the latest technologies and technological opportunities within
  the specific domain/area of expertise
• Good knowledge or experience in automated warehouse technologies
  solutions
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and
  PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and
  spokenere
