Job summary

Thai Odyssey Management Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a frontline Front Desk Officer in Malaysia to greet guests, manage reservations, and promote spa packages.

You will handle calls, walk-ins, scheduling, and ensure smooth front desk operations, cash handling and inventory records. Prior frontline/reception or beauty service experience is advantageous; strong English and Malay skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Desk, Receptionist, Beautician or similar role is advantageous.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle cash and daily transactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and walk-in customers professionally.
• Schedule therapist massage sequences and therapist working schedules.
• Arrange customers bookings.
• Promote massage packages and products to generate sales and hit targets.
• Handle customer complaints with care and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness of front desk counter and outlets.
• Handle outlet’s administration tasks.
• Manage cash, sales transactions and ensure accurate daily sales records.
• Be responsible for stock inventory and accurate stock records.
• Undertake any other duties as required.

To maintain cleanliness of front desk counter and outlets.

Handle cash, sales transactions and ensure accurate daily sales record.

Responsible for stocks inventory and accurate stocks record.

Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 18 years old.

Able to work 5 days a week including weekends and public holidays (weekdays off).

Able to work on shift basis.

Work experience as Front Desk, Receptionist, Beautician or similar role is an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay.

Professional and pleasant personality.

Good customer service attitude.

Good organization and time management.
