Job summary

Thai Odyssey Management Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a front desk receptionist to professionally handle calls, walk-in customers, and arrange therapist bookings. The role involves promoting massage packages, maintaining front desk cleanliness, and handling cash and stock records.

Candidates should be 18+ years old, able to work 5 days including weekends/PH, and possess strong English and Malay communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Training and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing call and walk in customers professionally.
• Schedule therapist massage sequences and therapists working schedules.
• Arrange customers bookings.
• Promote massage packages and products to generate sales.
• Handle customer complaints with care and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of front desk counter and outlets.
• Handle outlet’s administration tasks.
• Handle cash, sales transactions and ensure accurate daily sales record.
• Responsible for stocks inventory and accurate stocks record.
• Undertake any other duties as may be required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 18 years old.

Able to work 5 days a week including weekends and public holidays (weekdays off).

Able to work on shift basis.

Work experience as Front Desk, Receptionist, Beautician or similar role is an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay.

Professional and pleasant personality.

Good customer service attitude.

Good organization and time management.
