Job summary

Menara Maxis in Malaysia seeks a Transactional Sourcing Intern to support supplier data management, compliance monitoring and sourcing operations. The role ensures supplier records are accurate and aligned with company requirements, providing exposure to governance and procurement processes.

You will engage in document follow-ups, data clean-up, and maintaining supplier information while contributing to the Supplier Data Quality and Compliance Enhancement Project during a 6-month internship

Qualifications

• Studying for a Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, procurement, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and maintain accurate records.
• Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on supplier document submissions to ensure timely completion and compliance.
• Perform supplier document database clean-up and update records.
• Download, organize, and maintain supplier documents for audit readiness.
• Maintain progress tracking reports and provide status updates to stakeholders.
