PRIMECHEM MALAYSIA SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic sales professional to promote and sell solvents via calls, emails, and other channels. You will activate dormant accounts, develop new business, plan daily calls, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveries and order processing.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or Mass Communication, with at least 2 years in telesales or sales support.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Mass Communication, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, indoor sales, customer service, or sales support.
• Experience in solvent distribution or related industries is an advantage.

• Promote and sell solvents to customers across industries via calls, emails, and other channels.
• Activate dormant accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Plan daily customer calls to generate enquiries, secure orders, and hit sales targets.
• Understand customer needs, recommend solvent products, and respond promptly.
• Prepare quotations and follow up to convert enquiries into orders.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and logistics for smooth processing and timely delivery.
• Arrange samples and follow up on evaluations and approvals.
• Handle feedback and complaints, coordinating to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain customer records and prepare monthly sales reports.
• Monitor demand and market developments for new opportunities.
• Follow up on payments, including due and overdue accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
