Lenovo in Malaysia seeks a Solutions & Services Inside Sales professional focused on Config & Deploy to drive customer success through design, configuration, and deployment of PC and Data Center services. You will partner with Account Sales and Services teams in a fast-paced, service-led growth environment.

The role emphasizes service-based growth, collaboration across sales, technical, and delivery teams, and the expansion of professional services footprint to solve client challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, pre-sales, systems engineering, or infrastructure solutions.
• Knowledge of PC, server, storage technologies.
• Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct customer discovery sessions, sales & technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution workshops.
• Partner with Account Managers and Sales Representatives to identify customer business and technical requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
• Support sales opportunities by providing technical expertise and solution recommendations.
• Position configuration and deployment services for PC, workstation, server, storage solutions.
• Propose solution architectures, technical proposals, and service scope.
• Validate solution compatibility, scalability, and alignment with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure technically accurate and competitive solutions.
