Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a dedicated individual for end-to-end service delivery for enterprise customers in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will be responsible for driving proactive account management, managing escalations, and ensuring service excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in service delivery or account management, possess strong stakeholder management skills, and a data-driven mindset. Multi-lingual capabilities including English, Mandarin, and Cantonese are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in service delivery and/or account management in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to manage high-impact escalations and drive resolution across teams.
• Experience in partner engagement with Sales/commercial teams for account growth.

Responsibilities

• Own service delivery for assigned enterprise accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Drive proactive account management and identify risks early.
• Take full ownership of escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
• Lead regular service reviews and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution.
• Use data to monitor performance and improve service outcomes.
