Job summary

Lenovo is recruiting a LGFS Sales Support Specialist in a hybrid Malaysia work environment to provide end-to-end support for financing transactions. You will engage with customers, Lenovo sales teams, funding partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deal execution.

The role requires 5+ years in sales support or financing operations, strong lease pricing and proposal skills, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in sales support, sales operations, financing, leasing, or related environment.
• Strong capability in lease pricing, customer quotations and commercial proposal preparation.
• Understanding of credit, commercial approvals, financing documentation and transaction execution processes.
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills across customers, sales teams, funding partners and internal functions.
• Experience with pipeline tracking, forecasting, reporting and transaction administration.
• Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end sales and operational support for LGFS financing transactions, from pricing to approvals, documentation, settlement and reporting.
• Collaborate with customers, Lenovo sales teams, funding partners and internal stakeholders to enable efficient deal execution.
• Prepare lease pricing, quotations and commercial proposals to progress opportunities.
• Coordinate required credit, treasury, accounting, and pricing approvals for transactions.
• Support transaction structuring and deal execution from development through completion.
• Manage customer onboarding and financing documentation processes and timelines.
