Job summary

TalearnX is seeking a Solutions Consultant to help expand our HRIS solutions across APJ. The role involves collecting requirements from clients, configuring modules such as Learning, Recruitment, Performance, and Core HR, and coordinating cross-functional projects with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Thai and English, based in Malaysia, and comfortable with a hybrid work model and travel for client engagements. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Thai and English with strong business communication skills.
• Based in Malaysia with a hybrid work arrangement and willingness to travel for client engagements.
• 1–3 years working experience in an enterprise HRIS or HCM; fresh graduates welcomed.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, information systems, economics, or analytics related field welcomed.
• Able to communicate clearly and translate requirements into simple solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent client management skills and prior experience in a client-facing role.
• Relevant experience in SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Setup and configure HR Software modules according to gathered requirements (Learning, Recruitment, Performance, Core HR).
• Plan, track, and coordinate projects involving a range of different stakeholders and systems.

What we’re looking for

Nice to have

• Experience in working with commercial-grade HCM or Talent Management Suites (e.g SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.). Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand is a bonus
