Job summary

AQ Energy (Max Bell Sdn Bhd) in Kulai, Johor is hiring a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to grow the solar solutions business. You will manage leads, assess customer energy needs, and tailor solar products and packages to close sales.

The role requires strong communication, CRM experience, and the ability to work with engineering and finance teams to deliver accurate quotations and run site visits when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up with assigned leads through WhatsApp, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings to generate interest and convert leads into sales.
• Understand customers’ energy requirements and recommend suitable solar products, systems, and packages based on their needs.
• Prepare accurate and professional sales quotations, project proposals, and basic project cost estimates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term engagement.
• Work closely with the Engineering, Administration, and Finance teams to ensure smooth project handovers and execution.
• Conduct site visits and face-to-face customer meetings when required to understand customer requirements and support the sales closing process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales trackers, customer databases, CRM records, and sales reports.
• Perform any other sales-related duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
