DE SOLAR SDN BHD is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive - Solar to join our Klang District team in Selangor. You will promote solar solutions, identify opportunities, and drive growth by converting leads into customers.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel within the Selangor region. A diploma or bachelor degree in Sales, Business, Engineering or related field is preferred. Renewable energy knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in solar or energy sectors.
• Strong understanding of solar technologies and solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within Selangor region.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities in solar energy.
• Present and demonstrate solar solutions to clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers for long-term partnerships.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with focus on profitability.
• Maintain records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams for project delivery.
• Stay updated on solar technologies and market trends.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide exceptional service throughout the sales lifecycle.
