Job summary

Pathgreen Energy Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role focuses on understanding energy needs and recommending Solar PV solutions.

You will conduct site visits, present proposals, and manage the sales process from lead generation through handover. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–3 years of sales experience is a plus, with multilingual skills and own transport preferred.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales experience in any industry will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Solar PV, renewable energy, electrical, construction, property, or related industries is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Multilingual ability, particularly English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, or other local dialects, is highly preferred.
• Willing to travel locally and regionally for customer meetings, site visits, presentations, exhibitions, and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital channels, and other business development activities.
• Understand customers’ electricity consumption, energy requirements, and business needs.
• Recommend suitable Solar PV solutions based on customer requirements and site conditions.
• Conduct site visits and preliminary assessments to evaluate solar installation potential.
• Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations tailored to customer requirements.
• Drive sales opportunities towards successful closing and contract signing.
