Job summary

Pathgreen Energy Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to develop new business, manage customer relationships and present Solar PV solutions in Malaysia. You will drive sales, manage a pipeline, and close deals through effective proposals and negotiations.

The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency, plus willingness to travel. Fresh graduates are welcomed, with 1–3 years’ sales experience advantageous and driving licence

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in Solar PV, renewable energy, electrical, construction, property, or related industries is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other local dialects are a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven and eager to learn.
• Willing to travel for customer meetings, site visits and business development.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital channels, and other business development activities.
• Manage leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Solar PV solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, sales presentations, and product briefings.
• Prepare and present proposals and quotations to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, objections, negotiations, and follow-ups to close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Maintain accurate sales records, quotations, and customer information in the CRM system.
• Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, company events, and other sales activities when required.
• Achieve assigned sales and cash collection targets.
• KPI Allowance: Up to RM3,500/month, based on cash collection performance.
