RUNJIAN (M) SDN. BHD. is expanding its Malaysia operations and seeks a professional to lead on-site delivery of solar PV projects, ensure local compliance, and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and authorities.

The role covers installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and post-delivery support across C&I and ground-mounted systems. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with 3+ years in renewable energy project delivery, and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy & Power Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
3+ years of on-site delivery, commissioning, or O&M experience in renewable energy or power engineering.
Strong electrical fundamentals and ability to work across Malaysia’s PV sector.

Responsibilities

Support on-site implementation and delivery of solar PV projects in Malaysia (C&I and ground-mounted).
Ensure compliance with electrical, environmental, safety standards; assist grid connection and approvals.
Act as technical contact with customers, contractors, suppliers, and authorities; coordinate site activities.
Provide O&M support, inspections, monitoring, fault diagnosis, and field feedback to PM and HQ.
Assist in preparing documentation, manuals, and basic technical training.
