Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Renewable Energy or related field.
• Chargeman and wireman certifications are highly encouraged.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in operation and maintenance of solar systems.
• Hands-on experience with PV systems, inverters and other solar technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for grid-connected PV systems to ensure standards, safety, regulations and best practices.
• Coordinate between client, consultant, contractor, supplier and other stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Provide full-time project supervision and onsite inspections, including sub-contractor coordination and handovers.
• Conduct planned maintenance and troubleshooting of PV equipment and systems.
• Support HSE compliance and safety improvements on site.
• Assist Operations Manager with day-to-day technical operations.
