Sungrow is seeking a qualified Service Manager in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur area, to drive service management, optimization and proposals. You will lead field service activities across pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs, ensuring safety compliance and timely delivery.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, 3+ years in renewable energy or power electronics service, and at least 2 years hands-on Solar PV experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in service in renewable energy or power electronics.
• Hands-on Solar PV experience for at least 2 years (installation and commissioning).
• High level of commitment and responsiveness.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.
• Strong technical understanding of energy storage systems and PV inverter.
• Project management skills in an international environment with global stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent English communication; Chinese is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Service management, process optimization, service offers and proposals.
• Conduct service sales work to meet yearly targets.
• Oversee field service from pre-commissioning to maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs.
• Ensure on-site services comply with local health and safety requirements.
• Plan and coordinate tasks, liaise with divisions to complete jobs timely.
• Maintain records of service cases, spare parts, inventory, consumption, and revenue/expenses.
• Organize and participate in long-term customer cooperation activities.
• Communicate with management, sales, partners and customers to support business development.
